Shipping and Returns

Thank you for shopping with CAFÉ FORGOT. Below you’ll find our shipping and return policy, including processing times, delivery estimates, and return guidelines.

 

Domestic Shipping

All orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt and ship Monday through Friday. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days from the ship date. We offer complimentary shipping on all domestic orders over $300.

 

Once an order has shipped, CAFÉ FORGOT is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Any delivery issues must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.


International Shipping

International orders are shipped using standard or express international services. Express shipments typically arrive within 5–7 business days, while economy shipments may take 6–18 business days, depending on the destination.

 

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the order total. By law, we cannot alter the declared value on commercial invoices and must comply with all international import and export regulations. If an international order is refused or returned, the customer is responsible for original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any duties or fees incurred.


Return Policy

We accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with all tags attached. We recommend trying items on carefully to ensure they remain eligible for return. Store credit will be issued once the return is received and inspected.

 

Please note that items purchased on sale or at a marked-down price are final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit. This applies only to merchandise that has been discounted from its original full price. Items purchased at full price using a promotional code or as part of a limited-time promotion remain eligible for return under our standard return policy.
