On Saturday March 29, Café Forgot hosted the launch of PLĀS Collective’s imaginative SS25 collection, Mycelia. To accompany the launch, PLĀS created a wall-length vinyl installation featuring an atmospheric campaign shot by photographer Lula Hyers. The launch was followed by an after party at Time Again bar.

The event featured an outdoor news stand with issues of Dirty Magazine, The Whitney Review, and Petit Mort Magazine, as well as products from Blip, Plan B from Julie, and fentanyl test strips by new brand Overdrive Defense. At the opening evening there was photography by the Cobrasnake, and a DJ masterclass lineup including Princess Gollum and Donatella LeRoc. Over the weekend The Whitney Review’s editor Whitney Mallet took part in a reading series with speakers including Bobbi Salvör Menuez, Riley Mac, and Veronica Vera.
