Mortica is a New York based brand created by textile designer Liv Masterson in 2021. The brand began as an upcycling project to bring new life to old materials, with emphasis on fabrication and silhouette. Derived from the Latin word ‘mort’ for rebirth, Mortica centers on this tenet, reimagining material and subverting uniform.
